Taylor Alison Swift (Reading, Pennsylvania, December 13, 1989), better known as Taylor Swift, is an American singer, songwriter and performer of country, pop and indie pop music. She is also an actress.
Raised in Wyomissing (Pennsylvania), Swift moved to Nashville (Tennessee) at the age of 14 to pursue a career in country music. She signed with the independent record company Big Machine Records and became the youngest artist signed by Sony/ATV Music Publishing House.
With more than 200 million records sold worldwide, she is one of the most successful artists today. Throughout her career, she has won many awards, including 11 Grammys and is the first woman to have three Grammys for album of the year. She has also received the Woman of the Decade (2010s) award from Billboard and Artist of the Decade (2010s) from the American Music Awards.

Taylor Swift was the first self-titled studio album by country singer-songwriter Taylor Swift.[3] The album was released on October 24, 2006, under the Big Machine Records label. Swift wrote the songs for the album during her junior year of high school and has written credits on all the songs on the albums, including the songs co-written with Liz Rose.
Swift experimented with recording the album with many producers, ultimately choosing the producer who produced her demo, Nathan Chapman. Musically, the album has a country and pop style, and lyrically, it is about romantic relationships, a couple that Swift wrote while observing relationships before being in one.

Fearless’ second single, ‘White Horse’, debuted on December 8, 2008. The video premiered on CMT on February 7, 2009.
